Seek Change Coaching and Consulting is a business born of love. I utilize a strengths-based approach to coaching and professional development grounded in hope, gratitude, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous growth. Developing close, personal, and trusting relationships with the leaders I work with is the foundation of my work. The shared authenticity we develop further enhances the effectiveness of our coaching and training sessions. I see and expect the best future from our learning community, and this vision drives our belief that someday all school communities might also be places where kids and adults are fully seen, heard, welcomed, valued, and celebrated.
I have a proven track record of results. With more than 15 years of experience supporting and developing leaders, I am confident in my ability to provide support and drive growth, especially in a fast-paced, stressful, and complex environment. I am used to upholding high expectations as a and delivering results despite a multitude of challenges.
I lead people and teams with care, compassion, and empathy; especially in these post-pandemic times that have resulted in unimaginable and unprecedented struggle. I leverage goal setting, planning, curiosity, innovation, and a cycle of feedback to support clients in making change and achieving their personal and professional goals. I nurture and empower clients to develop greater authenticity, engage in healthy and productive struggle, and navigate emotions effectively; all without ignoring our shared humanity. Together we will create better outcomes for students and stronger and healthier schools for the communities we serve.
