I utilize a strengths-based approach to coaching and professional development grounded in hope, gratitude, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous growth. Developing close, personal, and trusting relationships with the leaders I work with is the foundation of my work. The shared partnership and authenticity we develop further enhances the effectiveness of our coaching and training sessions. Experience and Education
Antonia “Toni” O’Sullivan is a seasoned leadership coach, organizational leader, and proud mom of three. With more than 20 years of experience developing people and teams, she has built a reputation for empowering leaders to grow with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Most recently, Toni served as an Assistant Superintendent, where she coached and supervised senior leaders, guided organizational strategy, and built systems to drive excellence across multiple teams. Her leadership journey has taken her from founding and scaling new organizations to coaching executives and rising leaders, always with a focus on equity, empowerment, and sustainable impact.
Toni’s career has also included international experience in London, where she researched leadership and organizational effectiveness while collaborating with global leaders in education and social impact.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, Toni holds dual degrees in History and Human Development from SUNY Binghamton, along with a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Seton Hall University. She brings curiosity, warmth, and a deep commitment to helping leaders unlock their potential—whether they are just stepping into leadership or leading at scale.
