Education & Experience

My Background

Antonia “Toni” O’Sullivan is a seasoned coach, organizational leader, and proud mom of three. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership coaching and developing people and teams, she has built a reputation for empowering individuals to grow with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Most recently, Toni served as an Assistant Superintendent for a charter school district, where she coached and supervised senior leaders, guided organizational strategy, and built systems to drive excellence across multiple teams. Her leadership journey has taken her from founding and scaling new organizations to coaching executives and rising leaders, always with a focus on equity, empowerment, and sustainable impact.

Toni’s career has also included international experience in London, where she researched leadership and organizational effectiveness while collaborating with global leaders in education and social impact.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, Toni holds dual degrees in History and Human Development from SUNY Binghamton, along with a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Seton Hall University. She brings curiosity, warmth, and a deep commitment to personal development coaching, helping leaders unlock their potential—whether they are just stepping into leadership or striving for professional growth.

Coaching Credential

In an unregulated industry, I believe that professional integrity starts with a commitment to formal, evidence-based training. My leadership coaching practice is grounded in the gold standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I hold my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. My foundation was built through the Institute for Coaching Education and the Thinking Collaborative, further sharpened by ongoing supervision and professional development through the KIPP Foundation, and continually expanded—including pursuing my Group Coaching Certification through Group Coaching HQ this fall. By choosing a coach with deep, supervised experience and recognized credentials, you are ensuring a partnership rooted in high-level results, continuous learning, and the highest ethical standards to foster your professional growth.
